1. Берем любую песню которая нравится. Я беру песню west_clan_first_sound.mp3

2. Идем в путь - X:\Ваш сервер\cstrike\cfg\mani_admin_plugin там открываем документ soundlist.txt все что там прописано удаляем (по желанию) и прописываем вашу песню туда туда
(мой пример west_clan_welcome.mp3) Картинка ниже

3. Если вы не очень поняли то письменный пример ниже (просто я удалил всю музыку из админки)

4. Сохраняем документ

5. Маленький фак по написанному

"West clan first sound" - название песни которая будет у Вас отображаться в админке
admin_plugin/west_clan_first_sound.mp3 - путь где находится песенка

4. Идем в папку - X:\Ваш сервер\cstrike\sound\admin_plugin и кидаем туда песню которую вы прописали в soundlist.txt .

И запускаем сервер
Аааааааааа чтобы слышать звуки на сервере не должен быть zBkock или команда sv_pure 1 , 2 .
